Executive Chairman - Peter N Smith, BSc (Min, PG Dip (M Tech), M Min Tech FAusIMM, CP, MAICD

Mr Smith has over 27 years Australian and international experience in the exploration and mining industry, targeting a range of commodities including gold and base metals. Mr Smith has experience in mine development and management including positions with Normandy Poseidon Limited, Gwalia Consolidated Limited, Broken Hill Proprietary Limited and Ivanhoe Mines Limited. Mr Smith has previously served on the boards of a number of public listed companies, including Strategic Minerals Corporation Limited and CEO of Giants Reef Mining Limited, and is also a director of a number of private exploration companies.

Executive Director and Company Secretary - Michael J Povey, B.Bus, CA, FTIA

Mr Povey has over 24 years experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has Public Accounting experience with major accounting firms including Deloittes, Bird Cameron and KPMG within areas of auditing and taxation. Mr Povey has subsequently worked to establish an independent Chartered Accountant business concentrating on taxation, auditing, company reporting, business consulting, superannuation and company secretarial work. Mr Povey has specialised additional background in the delivery of university education courses for consolidations, mergers and acquisitions and accounting standards.

Non-Executive Director - Ms Rebecca Moore, B.Com

Ms Moore has a background in project management, governance and marketing, having worked in state and local government, private enterprise, banking and mining. Ms Moore is a member of the audit committee.
